The 4th International Defense Fair in Baku opened its doors to its visitors

The 4th International Defense Fair (ADEX 2022) was opened in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Türkiye had the largest participation in the fair, where 208 companies from 20 different countries took part.

Azerbaijan Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov, Azerbaijan Defense Industry Minister Medet Guliyev and many high-level officials took part in the opening of the fair organized by the Azerbaijan Defense and Defense Industry ministries at Baku Expo Center.

Chief of General Staff Yaşar Güler and Deputy Minister of National Defense Muhsin Dere attended the fair from Türkiye.

Güler and Dere, who toured the stands with Hasanov, received information from the authorities at the fair, which started with the Azerbaijani Defense Industry Minister Guliyev reading the President Ilham Aliyev's message.

The biggest participation in the fair is from Türkiye

Türkiye had the largest participation in the fair, where 208 companies from 20 different countries took part.

41 Turkish defense industry companies took part in ADEX 2022, under the leadership of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) and with the support of the Defense and Aviation Industry Exporters' Association.

The "Turkish National Pavilion" concept was created on a total area of ​​2,801 square meters at the fair, where Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ) is the gold sponsor.

During the fair, the Turkish official delegation will meet with the host country officials and the delegations of other countries that will participate in the fair. At the Turkish National Pavilion, information on the Turkish defense industry and advanced technological capabilities will be presented to the exhibitors, and cooperation opportunities will be evaluated.

ADEX 2022, which is among the most important defense fairs of the South Caucasus and Central Asia region, will continue until September 8.
