Bringing users, decision makers, manufacturers and SMEs in the security sector together, SEDEC is preparing to open its doors for the third time.
According to the statement made by the SEDEC Coordinatorship, the event, of which Anadolu Agency is the Global Communication Partner, will be held for the third time at the Ankara Congresium on 28-30 June.
The Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Defense, the Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), the National Intelligence Presidency, which provides Turkey's security and defense services, and the authorities of need from nearly 50 countries, end users, purchasing committees and the authorities of leading world companies in their fields, and manufacturers are directly connected. The event stands out as an effective platform that can provide SME level supply chain connections to system manufacturers in the main industries as soon as possible.
SEDEC, which was held with the support of the SSB and the Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association, is the first and only fair of the country on homeland security and border security. More than 5,000 job interviews are expected this year as part of the event.
Ministry of Interior, SSB, General Directorate of Security, Gendarmerie General Command, Coast Guard Command, AFAD, Directorate of Migration Management and National Mine Action Center of the Ministry of National Defense will take part in SEDEC as participants. Event Committee Chairman Hilal Ünal, whose views are included in the statement, said that as the date approaches, the interest and participation in SEDEC has increased from all over the world, and that until now, especially the USA, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, El Salvador, France, Spain, Italy, He stated that participation information at different levels was confirmed from a total of 47 countries, including Qatar, Kazakhstan, Sudan and Jordan.
Ünal attended the event, the minister of security and protection, the secretary of the ministry of defense, chiefs of staff, the head of the special operations unit, the directors of the police station, the advisor of the ministry of interior, the head of the operations department, the general director, the general manager, the armament manager from the units providing security and defense services in countries all over the world.
