According to the statement made by Turkish Aerospace Industries ( TUSAS ), all the qualification and functional tests of the satellite communication system produced by CTECH , a subsidiary of the company, were carried out successfully.
Flight tests were performed with the system integrated to ANKA-S. With this integration, a more localization and nationalization process of a subsystem on ANKA was completed.
The satellite communication system is aimed to be used for AKSUNGUR unmanned aerial vehicle produced by TUSAŞ in 17 months with its own resources .
