Bionic hand developed that can move according to feelings

In a R & D and design center in Isparta, a team of 10 people developed a bionic hand that can move according to feelings .

Designed and developed using 3D technology in the design center, bionic hand, motors and bluetooth tool can do most of the movements at hand, as well as weight can lift up to 70 kilograms.

In the system where muscle movements are converted into electromagnetic waves with the help of sensors , bionic hand movement is provided.

The bionic hand was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Agency.

"We used engines in our system"

Manufacturing engineer Orhan regular told AA correspondent that the bionic hand project was supported by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB).

The project developed by overseas companies dominated by high-cost spare parts and technical service in the market is aimed at eliminating the negative draws attention to regular, previously produced bionic hands in general reported that the line works.

Regular, line systems wear out over time, technically, users have problems, he added.

Regular systems that work better than those who work with their line fishing line, bionic hand can be assembled to people who can not have a limb without surgery, he said.

A year of research on the system describing the regular, "We used the engines in our system. We know how to set the finger angles. We can make a personalized using the 3D scanner system. We scan the other arm of people who cannot be limb and transfer it to the 3D printer with our 3D imaging system. we think. " he said.

"Fingers can move together"

Isparta University of Applied Sciences Mechatronics Engineering Department Graduate Student Ayse Meltem Köse said that the bionic hand moves with electro signals.

Pointing out that the software and design of the system belong to them, Köse said, "The bionic hand we developed is able to make movements in a different, understandable and rapid manner. We can move each finger separately and together." said.
